Exchange and Return policy

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any exchange or return on underwear products. However, if the items are damaged, incorrect style or color sent, we will replace you with a new piece with the same size and color choice. In case the items are out of stock, we will offer a full refund
  • The returns or exchanges of the damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 working days from the delivery date
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed
  • Products must have all original Up&Under tags attached

How to return or request for an exchange

  • Send your request to an e-mail to contact@upandunder.co or Line message to “@upandunder_brand”
  • Please return your items in the same condition as it was received in a securely sealed parcel
  • The buyer must be responsible for the delivery cost
